रीवा । कोविड 19 से कई परिवारों में बालकों के माता पिता की आकस्मिक मृत्यु हुई है । ऐसे प्रभावित बच्चों की आर्थिक मदद करने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री कोविङ 19 बाल कल्याण योजना प्रारंभ की गयी है । अपर कलेक्टर श्रीमती इला तिवारी ने बताया https://mystudyrelated2021.blogspot.com/कि ऐसे बालक बालिका जिनकी आयु 21 वर्ष या उससे कम है उसे 5 हजार रूपये प्रतिमाह सहायता राशि दी जायेगी । यदि बालक की आयु 18 वर्ष से कम है तो सहायता राशि चिन्हांकित संरक्षक एवं बच्चे के संयुक्त खाते में जमा की जायेगी । 18 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण करने के उपरांत उसके व्यक्तिगत खाते में राशि दी जायेगी । उन्होंने बताया कि इसके साथ ही शासकीय स्कूलों में बालक को निरूशुल्क शिक्षा प्रदान की जायेगी । बच्चों को आर्थिक सहायता देने के लिए महिला बाल विकास विभाग को नोडल विभाग बनाया गया है । अपर कलेक्टर इला तिवारी ने बताया कि ऐसे बालक बालिका की आयु 21 वर्ष या उससे कम हो परंतु सातक में अध्ययनरत होने पर 24 वर्ष या सातक पाठ्यक्रम की निर्धारित अवधि तक जो भी कम हो सहायता राशि दी जायेगी । इसके लिए आवश्यक है कि माता पिता की कोविड .19 से मृत्यु हुई हो माता पिता की मृत्यु एक मार्च से 30 जून 2021 तक अवधि में हुई हो । उन्होंने बताया कि बाल हितग्राही के संरक्षक को राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के तहत निःशुल्क मासिक खाद्यान्न प्रदान की किया जायेगा । उन्होंने बताया कि उपरोक्त
बालक बालिका की शिक्षा सहायता के तहत शासकीय विद्यालयों में निःशुल्क शिक्षा प्रदान की जायेगी । निजी स्कूलों में अध्ययनरत रहने https://mystudyrelated2021.blogspot.com/पर आरटीई प्रावधान के अनुसार शुल्क सीधे स्कूल को प्रदान किया जायेगा । निजी स्कूल में अध्ययनरत बाल हितग्राही को 10 हजार रूपये प्रतिवर्ष सहायता दी जायेगी । इसके साथ ही उसे पात्रतानुसार छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्त होगी । उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के लिए वार्षिक वास्तविक शुल्क या 15 हजार रूपये जो भी कम हो की प्रति पूर्ति की जायेगी । तकनीकी शिक्षा प्राप्त करने पर शासकीय या अनुदान प्राप्त इंजीनियरिंग महाविद्यालय में देय शुल्क शासन द्वारा वहन किया जायेगा । जेईई मेन्स परीक्षा या पृथक प्रवेश परीक्षा के आधार पर इंजीनियरिंग महाविद्यालय में प्रवेश लेने पर अधिकतम 1.50 लाख रूपये प्रति वर्ष या वास्तविक शुल्क जो भी कम हो राज्य शासन द्वारा वहन किया जायेगा । इसी प्रकार चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं आयुष , विधि शिक्षा प्राप्त करने पर शुल्क प्रति पूर्ति की जायेगी । उन्होंने बताया कि 18 वर्ष से कम आयु होने पर बाल हितग्राही को संरक्षण , भरण पोषण , शिक्षा , चिकित्सा सहायता एवं पुनर्वास बाल कल्याण समिति द्वारा की जायेगी । उन्होंने बताया कि योजनान्तर्गत सभी आवेदन दस्तावेजों सहित पोर्टलhttps://mystudyrelated2021.blogspot.com/ कोविड बाल कल्याण डॉट एमपी डॉट जीओव्ही डॉट इन पर ही प्रास किये जायेंगे । पोर्टल के माध्यम से प्राप्त आवेदन पत्रों पर कार्यवाही जिला कलेक्टर के लॉगिन से होगी । प्रकरणों की स्वीकृति एवं अनुमोदन जिला स्तर पर कलेक्टर की अध्यक्षता में गठित समिति द्वारा की जायेगी
